In fact, in 2020, China Baowu was recognized for its exceptional performance by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and was included into the central enterprises to establish a world-class model enterprise.
But China Baowu’s commitment to excellence didn’t stop there. In June 2022, after a special evaluation by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, China Baowu officially completed its transformation from a pilot enterprise of a state-owned capital investment company into a state-owned capital investment company, marking the successful completion of its transition from an industrial group to a state-owned capital investment company.
This transformation will enable China Baowu to continue pursuing its vision of becoming a global leader in the steel and new materials industries, while also allowing it to expand into other areas of strategic importance.
